Pratappur FPO Inaugurated: A New Chapter of Rural Prosperity Begins

In a significant step towards rural empowerment and self-reliance, the Harit Pratappur Adiwasi Sahkari Samiti Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) was officially inaugurated on 23 June 2025. This milestone event marks a new era of unity, collective growth, and economic self-sufficiency for tribal farmers of the region.

The inauguration was graced by the Regional Director of RBI, Smt. Reeny Ajith, and NABARD Chhattisgarh CGM, Dr. Gyanendra Madi, who jointly unveiled the FPO with great enthusiasm and encouragement. Their presence underscored the importance of institutional collaboration in nurturing grassroots initiatives.

Also present were NABARD Sarguja District Development Manager Shri Anupam Tiwari, Dharmpur CRGB Branch Manager, members of the READS team, and a large gathering of local farmers. Their collective participation and support made the event a memorable and meaningful success.
