Through training initiatives under CSSDA, it enhances agricultural practices, benefitting over 2000 farmers. Post-processing facilities for scented rice and cashew ensure better returns for farmers in Jashpur.

READS' Women Empowerment initiatives empower women through education, livelihood support, and institution building. With over 600 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) associated, it fosters economic independence and social cohesion among women in Northern Chhattisgarh. By providing training and resources, READS enables women to actively participate in decision-making processes, thus promoting gender equality.
