GOALS, OBJECTIVES & MISSION

The objective of 'READS' is to engage people to augment or boost up their socioeconomic conditions through various aptitude and proficiency-building programmes. READs has tirelessly been trying to incarnate the dreams of cores of poor & rural tribal people. We are using various participatory rural evaluating tools toensure the participation of tribal and other rural poor communities in their own development. We take utmost care not to take up programmes that may create dependency or make them more vulnerable than before.

The organization's vision focuses on the policies and programme that benefit the rural poor and under privileged rural communities, the operational efficiency of rural development and Panchayati Raj functionaries including elected representatives of PRIs, promoting transfer of technology and environmental awareness.
